To liaise with our younger customers to encourage optimum community involvement and use of the services they receive, including support in accessing all training, education, leisure and employment opportunities.

This position also require at least one year’s experience of providing care to older people, either in a professional or voluntary capacity.

You would need to have or be willing to work towards NVQ level 2. The top salary bracket is available to those with the relevant NVQ level for each post.

However, the most important attributes you will bring will be your energy, enthusiasm and sensitivity to people’s needs, your practical organisational skills, your capacity to solve day-to-day problems and your ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
