Stratford-Upon-Avon - Starting salary 18,695 with progression to 25,140 (pay award pending) - Ref: IO01

We provide helpline advice on all aspects of DDA 1995 and the DRC. You will help to provide quality control, supporting, advising and coaching call centre operators and monitoring communications. Committed to continuous improvement, you will identify potential service developments and ensure that effective training is in place. Experience (paid or unpaid) of disability advice and information provision is essential, with a training background and a thorough knowledge of disability-related legislation, particularly the DDA.

The DRC offers a wide range of benefits.
