Job Description:
Committed to delivering leading-edge social housing, Mosaic is now launching an exciting and innovative new service for tenants who have enduring mental health needs. Providing a programme of intensive support, we will enable our tenants to maximise their independence, make their own decisions and become more fully integrated within the community. To make this a reality we are looking for people who are committed to working collaboratively with tenants and other services in a creative and stimulating partnership.
